Service provided: Event Support
The brief: To provide overall support to the core Tramlines Festival Team, with an emphasis on being the main liaison point between the festival and its sponsors.
The solution: Victorious Events provided pre-event support to the team liaising with the various sponsors to ensure their activation requirements were fulfilled. We assisted their Accessibility Team with their application process by reviewing the information and assessing the supporting evidence. We also provided an area manager which included overseeing the kids area and several small stages.
On site, the team worked with sponsors to ensure they were sited and their infrastructure requirements delivered and problems troubleshot. On live days Victorious Events provided reactive incident management across the site – the festival was hit with heavy downpours and Victorious Events assisted in making the site accessible for customers and provided additional crew to do this.
We’ve had the pleasure of working with the Victorious Events team across both Truck and Tramlines in 2022 where they were tasked with all aspects of on-site sponsorship management which they delivered to the highest degree.
However, the thing that separates them from other contractors is their willingness to help outside their given role and brief. The team were always happy to go the extra mile whenever anything was asked of them, quite simply both shows wouldn’t be the same without them and I personally couldn’t imagine not working with them in the future.
